◇Injection plastic (Bond) Magnet
Plastic magnet of SEIKO PRECISION INC. has a highly controlled magnetic characteristic, generated by integration between know-how of precision mold designing ,manufacturing technique and magnetic field analysis technology. The magnet is being applied to the actuator for clock movement and camera shutter in large quantity in our company.

  Shape:
     Cylinder・Ring・Rectangular parallelepiped、Oval、Sheet、
     Tegular, etc.
  Material:
     Isotropic Ferrite, Isotropic NdFeB、anisotropic SmFeN、
     Anisotropic SmCo, etc.
    approx4kJ/m3~127kJ/m3(0.5MGOe~16MGOe)

□ The most appropriate material and magnetic specification 
  can be selected depending on application.
□ Both Isotropic and anisotropic magnet are available.
□ High flexibility of shape and design of magnet on account of 
  injection molding. Good for complex and precise designs.
□ Compared with sintered magnet, lighter and more impact-resistant
  more crack-resistant.
□ Characteristic of magnet can be seen in advance by Magnetic 
  field simulation.
